UPFRONT BOOKING FEE

For any long appointments you will be required to pay an upfront fee of 50% of the total cost of treatments which will secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final bill payable on the day. The fee has to be paid at the time of booking the appointment and is fully refundable/transferable if 48 hours notice is given for cancellations. If you cannot give 48 hours notice of cancelling the appointment any upfront payment is non refundable or transferable.

HAIR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice. Any upfront payments will be charged and not transferable if 48 hours notice is not given.
If you cannot give 48 hours notice for cancelling and wish to rebook you will be required to pay an upfront booking fee of 50% to cover the cost of the missed appointment plus the full amount for the next appointment. This must be paid at the time of rebooking. If you then wish to cancel without 48 hours notice or miss the appointment this booking fee is non refundable or transferable. Any future bookings will require an upfront 50% booking fee which can be cancelled or transferred with 48 hours notice.

SKIN ALLERGY TESTING

For your safety and wellbeing, a consultation and skin allergy test will need to be carried out at least 48 hours before any colour treatment
